Apartment 50 is a contemporary duplex located on the fifth floor of Haus Valaisia, easily accessible by elevator. It comfortably accommodates up to six individuals.
The lower level has an open cloakroom and a day toilet by the entrance.
Continue into a large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: An induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, oven and microwave. The owners recommend enjoying the balcony with its fantastic view of the Alps, for which table and chairs are provided.
A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor into two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) with a large wardrobe and chest of drawers. The other bedroom has a double bed (140cm wide), a bunk bed (90cm wide), a chest of drawers and a desk (ideal for a home office). One bathroom has a washbasin and a shower, the other bathroom has a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
There is also a central storage room on the ground floor of the building for skis, snowboards and ski boots with ski-in and ski-out access.
